Recently I became unhappy with my Broadband provider my Internet connection appeared to be very sluggish, I wasn't sure if it was the Web Design of an on-line shopping site that I had started going on or not.

I had had nothing but problems with my broadband ever since I took up the contract with my provider, they said that I hadn't completed the correct information on their web site to begin with so I told them maybe they should look at getting a better web design that is not so complex.

I think that for such a large company a user friendly web design would of been the way to go, I don't know that much about web design but sure the more complex the web design the more issues that will arise, then again this company didn't appear to do anything the easy way unfortunately though when I took out my Broadband with them I signed up for a 18 month broadband contract and 12 month phone contract. They promised me a high speed internet connection which is what i needed with all the on-line shopping I do and also I like to play games on-line and download music.

When choosing my broadband they needed to check my internet connection speed they told me that i could have one of the fastest connections if I went for a certain package, so I took their advice as they knew what they were talking about.

Since my Internet connection was up and running it has been awful every time I go to one particular on-line shopping site, my whole computer slows down and the pages take so long to use. I thought it couldn't possibly be my Internet connection causing this so i spoke to some friends and family who also use the same On-line Shopping site as me, some of them admitted that when using this particular on-line shopping site their computer was a little slow but not to the extreme mine is. That's it I thought and got on the phone to my Internet provider, they then informed me that yes I have the package with the highest connection speed available but unfortunately due to the demographics of where I live I could only receive a lower connection speed, a point they decided to omit when I discussed which package to take out with them in the beginning, roll on 18 months is all I can say so I can switch providers and I only wish we had cable in our area.
