The world-wide web or for others, cyberspace has been creating opportunities for web designers, entrepreneurs, IT's and even regular housewives and students the opportunity to earn money online. Usually they are the ones who delete obscene pictures and discussions, spams and other illegal and forbidden activities on the site. The moderator makes sure that the site remains to its purpose and takes care of the advertising inquiries and activities in the site. The moderators task is quite heavy, but in the site I am involved it, the moderators are doing their jobs pretty well.
