One of the most numerous uses for the Internet is buying on-line. People every year spend hundred of pounds from buying many different things over the Internet. These things could be anything, from a box set of DVDs, to a set of new fog lights for a car. You name it, you can buy it on the Internet. A big factor in buying things on the Internet is the website development. Some websites look really cool and funky, where as others may seem a little bland. Some sites may be trying to trick you and charge things for much more then they actually are, these are only a very small portion though. You could make one of these sites yourself, and offer up something you can make yourself for sale. If you do this there are some key things you need to look up and they are website development and what program you will use to make your site become a reality. If you have good website development and people like the things you are selling then you could make yourself lots of money and a very big fan base if your good and stick at it, and maybe even start making different things and putting them for sale on the site if your site gets very popular and you have lots of sales. I thank the Internet for being able to buy DVDs I wouldn't normally be able to buy in shops in my town center. I also thank the Internet for being able to make new friends in chat rooms and on many different websites, and also in games I play online with other people from all over the world. I have made many different friends from many many sites. And most of all I love the Internet for the information I can find out about certain things that I wouldn't normally be able to find in my books. The Internet is a brilliant thing and without it I think many of us might be lost. I know Idefinitelywould be as Iwouldn'tknow where to go for my DVDs or games!

I know we are in the computer age now, but whenI'm asked what a desktop is i will not be able to answer it properly.
