My internet connection at home started to run so slow while I was surfing on-line last week. Whenever I experience problems like this with my connection I just usually ask my web developer friend for advice. Fortunately, my friend, who is not also a web developer but a computer geek, was able to help me resolve my problems several times before. This time, however, I was very hesitant to contact him because I know that he has been extremely busy at work with his clients.

I tried to figure out what was going wrong with my computer and internet connection. Finally, I have discovered that I have this virus in my computer called Sowar. I did a research in the internet about this virus and also got the procedure on getting rid of it. I tried my best to follow the instructions step by step. There were few times that it did not work and I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. I did the procedure few more times and luckily I got rid of the virus. I was so happy. I realized that a person like me who is literally an internet explorer can learn easily learn with technology only if I have all the patience needed.

Few days after I have solved my problem with the computer virus something more serious happened. I just cannot connect with the internet anymore! I really panicked not knowing what to do. At that time I cannot even contact my web developer friend on-line to ask him questions since I have not internet connection.

I rang my broadband provider and we tried to troubleshoot over the phone. It was a series of instructions that they gave me over the phone. It was so difficult. I was holding my mobile phone in my left hand while doing all the things that the person over the phone was telling me to do with the computer, cable lines, phone lines, modem and plugs all with my right hand. After half an hour of troubleshooting the person on the under end of the line told me that my modem is defective now and I needed to buy a new one.

I bought a new modem but I did not know how to install it. My service provider would not install it for me so I rang the number I got from a web developer site. They sent me their technician the following day and fixed everything for me.

There are times that problem comes one after the other and we have no choice but to be patient in finding solutions.
